Product Description

1.The machine tool is equipped with a sub-spindle and a sub-tool post, which can realize the secondary processing of workpiece rotation and docking, and reduce the time of secondary clamping.

2.The system is equipped with dual-channel functions to realize simultaneous processing of the main and counterspindles, eliminating the trouble of secondary processing and greatly improving productioneficiency.

3.It can be equipped with automatic feeder and product collection device to realize fully automatic production management.

4.The transmission part of the machine tool adopts high-precision P3 ball screw of Taiwan's well-known brand HIWIN/PMI, and adopts 35-type linear guide with stronger rigidity.
 
5.The main shaft adopts Taiwan high-precision main shaft. The main shaft flange can be directly installed with a 160 three-jaw self-centering hydraulic chuck or other elastic chuck.

6.Spindle motor adopts servo motor, the performance is more optimized.
