1.Inclined virtual Y-axis power turret turning and milling composite center adopts integral casting bed, high and low rail sliding saddle design, so as to give better play to the bearing performance of the guide rail;
2. Y-axis adopts foreign advanced oblique virtual Y-axis design, in addition to reduce the center of gravity of the tool holder, the center of gravity of the tool holder and cutting force always fall between the guideway slider, which can make the machine tool stability and rigidity stronger.
3. The transmission part of the machine tool adopts high-precision C3 grade ball screws of THK/HIWIN, a well-known brand in Japan or Taiwan; X-axis, Z-axis and Y-axis all adopt roller-type high-rigidity linear slides, and the spans between the rails and the rails are calculated to take the optimal spans, which are low resistance, high rigidity and high precision; the displacement speed of X-axis and Z-axis is up to 24m/min, which can improve the efficiency of work and shorten the machining time.
4. Virtual Y-axis to realize composite machining, through the Y-axis function of the turret, can cope with the processing of complex shapes.
